Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.
You’re probably visiting because you have a desire to become a parent. Maybe you’re just beginning your journey and want to prepare for a healthy pregnancy now or in the future. Or perhaps you’ve been trying to conceive for a while, with or without medical support. If getting pregnant isn’t going as hoped, please know you’re not alone.
Around 1 in 6 couples face fertility challenges. Globally, millions of women experience hormonal imbalances, and those numbers continue to rise. These symptoms are not just “part of being a woman” – they are signs from your body that something is out of balance. Your cycle reflects your overall health.
The road to having a child can be intense. It often includes hope and deep longing, but also disappointment, uncertainty, and frustration. It can take patience, persistence, and a lot of trust. I’ve faced fertility issues myself (PCOS), so I understand how lonely and painful this journey can feel.
With both my professional background as a midwife and my personal experience, I support women in finding balance, creating the best possible conditions, and hopefully welcoming new life. While I cannot promise an outcome, we can absolutely work together on everything within your (and your partner’s) control.


Maybe you’ve already tried everything. A strict diet, detoxes, supplements, meditations, acupuncture, visualizations… and still, getting pregnant hasn’t happened. It feels like you’re still missing that one final puzzle piece.
Maybe it’s not about what you haven’t tried yet,
but about the fact that your body - or more specifically, your nervous system - doesn’t truly feel safe. Even if you’re not aware of it.
Safety is a basic requirement for fertility.
If your body is constantly getting the signal that there’s danger
through things like chronic stress, perfectionism, under-eating, over-exercising, or constant self-criticism, it will automatically switch into survival mode. And in survival mode, fertility simply isn’t a priority.
Your body is essentially saying: “This is not the time to carry new life. First I need to keep you safe.”
This is not about blame or doing something wrong.
You’re not at fault. Your body is just trying to protect you.
But what if that protection is actually standing in your way?
We often try so hard to “get it right” that we approach everything from a place of control. We fight our bodies, our symptoms, our emotions. And that constant fight disrupts your hormonal balance. What you really need isn’t to do more from a place of control.
You need to shift how you do things. From forcing to softening. From fixing to feeling.
Your body is always working for you, even if it doesn’t feel like it. Every second, it’s trying to heal, recalibrate and return to balance. By learning to listen to your body’s signals,
you can support that natural healing capacity.
That’s how you create the best possible conditions for your health and fertility.
In my guidance, I combine scientific knowledge with intuition.
We’ll explore what’s going on physically, mentally and emotionally. Always with gentleness, and always tailored to your unique situation. No generic advice but real attention, space for your story, and support that fits you. And if you have a partner, we’ll include them too. Because this is something you do together.

Preconception Consultation
Deep Dive Consultation
3-Months Program
Do you want to consciously work towards a healthy pregnancy, or gain insight into possible reasons why conceiving hasn’t happened yet (even if you’re already in treatment)?
In a personal consultation, we’ll look together at what you, or both of you, need right now.
This consultation is generally covered by Dutch health insurance.
After the first session, we’ll know where the key focus points lie for your hormone balance and fertility.
In this consultation, we’ll dive deeper into topics that are especially relevant to you. If you want, we can add bloodwork or other tests to gain more insight.
In this 3-month program, we’ll work together towards more balance, health, and perhaps new life. We’ll explore nutrition, your cycle and fertile days, stress, nervous system regulation, lifestyle, and exposure to toxins.
Everything is tailored to your situation.
With 7 sessions, personal guidance, and space for questions in between, I’ll be there for you every step of the way, so you (and your partner) can move forward with confidence and peace toward a healthy cycle and fertility.
